Shipping Department FAQs
1. We ship from (2) separate locations which derive from, Florida and Ohio. Please check the Terms and Conditions on your bidding platform to determine which location. 2. Invoices must be paid in full before items are pulled to ship. 3. All charges derived from ProxiBid will be automatically billed to the Credit Card on file. 4. Bidders from Auction Zip, Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; will receive their invoice(s) and can pay using the live Link on the Invoice. 5. We Do Not add shipping fees to Invoices. 6. Once your item is ready you will be contacted by RE: Shipping Department
1. If you used ProxiBid, you will receive an email Invoice Showing the fees to be charged to the credit card on file. 2. If you used Auction Zip; Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; you will receive an email with the Shipping Fees and a Link to Pay. 3. After Shipping Fees have been paid, the tracking number # will be emailed directly to email on file.
