Golf:
The course is a challenging par 66. The Club has a Pro Shop and facilities for year-round bag storage and personal lockers. A Golf Professional is available for both private and group lessons. The Club offers locker rooms, showers and saunas for both ladies and men. There is an active Ladies and Men’s Golf Association providing a wide variety of both golf and social functions on a year-round basis.
Swimming Pool: An outdoor pool area for swim and sun is located at the rear of the Country Club building.
Lakeview Restaurant: Cocktails, lunch, and dinner with a lake view. Reservations Chippers Lounge: A sports bar and grill including patio drinking & dining offering an informal gathering place for members.
Pool Table: A pool table in Chippers Lounge is available on a first come basis. Time limits of play are enforced. Age restrictions apply. (See rule #8)
Exercise Room: Available to MEMBERS ONLY by contacting the Front Desk Security Officer in the Country Club. Please note, a signed Waiver of Liability form is required. I.D. Cards required. Members 15 to 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult member.
Tennis: Lighted courts are available. Tokens for lights may be purchased in the I.D. Office until 5:00pm.
Barbecue Area and Picnic Tables: Available on the Ridge. May be reserved by contacting the Club Secretary at .
Children’s Playground: Equipment for young residents is available. Entertainment and Shows: Music, dancing and shows. Please refer to the Country Club notices for events, times and dates.
Meeting and Card Rooms: Meeting rooms- to reserve, contact the Club Secretary at Card rooms, no reservations required.
Board of Governors: Country Club Board of Governors’ meetings are normally held the last Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Ridge Room. Members are welcome to attend.
Bocce: Three (3) courts are available. Key to equipment lockers may be obtained at the Country Club Security desk. I.D. Cards required as deposit. RULES AND REGULATIONS
Membership Eligibility: Members have full use of Country Club facilities. Members are supplied with a non-transferable photo ID card. Unit Owners are Members of the Country Club having use and Membership privileges at the Country Club unless their unit is leased.
Renters: In the case of a Unit that is being leased, an ID card will be supplied to each renter for the duration of the lease in accordance with paragraph D below; provided, however that the Unit Owners of the leased Unit (and their minor children, if any) have first surrendered all of their ID cards to the Country Club. For purposes of clarifying the issuance of ID card(s) to renters, if a Unit Owner leases his or her Unit, then such Unit Owner shall no longer hold use and Membership privileges in the Country Club for the duration of the lease. It shall be the responsibility of the lessor-Unit Owner to notify the Board of the Country Club in writing of any such lease and provide the ID office at the Country Club.
